Our passionate team service starts from Sanitizing and retouching /cleaning the unit, deliver, unpack and set-up of house wares, follow by setting up a complete staging of the kitchen, dining room, bedroom(s), bathroom (s) and living room from comfortable linens, pots and pans to vacuum and trash cans, providing and setting tenants with their daily essential needs; followed by an inspection for 100% accurate performance of entire unit, validated with an email inspection form filled by our Inspectors, photos of before and after, notes with any discrepancy, giving you time to place work orders to fix any issue prior to tenant’s arrival, final inspections and lock box setup if needed.
