This service is no different from Corp rentals with exception of washing linens, cleaning and sanitizing housewares is done inhouse; adding cleaning areas like garage (s), more than one living room, Laundry area (s) and an inventory of toiletries and consumables to owners for future stocking. Monarka offers additional services to your rentals as Carpet, rug, sofa, chair steam cleaning, natural stone, laminate flooring, air duct, tile & grout cleaning, hardwood refinish, semiannual deep cleaning, Painting and Landscaping. All and each of our services are complete with photos and detail final walkthrough inspections, stocking report checklist, turn over verification / final inspection with your customize checklist or one of ours checklist form; these forms are filled in detail with a check mark box, signed and sent by our inspector with a CC to our partners/ customers by email at time of service completion, keeping a copy in our files as a backup for any future need with 24 hr next day forecast service for confirmation.
